General Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the WoW Battle Logs service (the "Service"), available at wow-battle-logs.cloudex-app.fr and published by CloudexApp, hereinafter "we". By accessing or using the Service, you accept these terms.

1. Purpose of the Service

WoW Battle Logs lets you import, analyze and browse combat logs from the game World of Warcraft, along with rankings and statistics for characters and guilds.

2. Account and login

Login is done exclusively through your Discord account (OAuth). By logging in, you authorize us to retrieve your Discord ID, your email address, your display name and your avatar, under the conditions described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• import unlawful content, or content that is not a valid combat log;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or circumvent the security of the Service;
• extract data in bulk in an automated way without authorization;
• impersonate a third party.

4. Imported content

You retain your rights to the logs you import. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process and display the statistics and rankings derived from them within the Service. Game data (character names, performances) may be made public within the rankings.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuous availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service, nor for the loss of imported data.

7. Trademarks and affiliation

World of Warcraft® and Blizzard Entertainment® are registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. This Service is an independent project, not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment nor endorsed by it. All trademarks cited belong to their respective owners.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request the deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend an account in case of violation of these terms.

9. Changes to the terms

We may modify these terms. The applicable version is the one published on this page; the update date appears at the top.
