This policy explains what personal data we process when you use WoW Battle Logs (the "Service"), why, and what your rights are. The data controller is CloudexApp.
1. Data we collect
- Via Discord login (OAuth): Discord ID, email address, display name and avatar.
- Imported content: World of Warcraft combat logs and the data extracted from them (character names, statistics, performances).
- Technical data: session cookie (authentication), server logs (IP address, timestamp) for security purposes.
We do not collect banking data and we do not use advertising cookies.
2. Purposes and legal bases
- Provide the Service (account, import, analysis, rankings) — performance of the contract.
- Secure the Service and prevent abuse — legitimate interest.
- Contact you about your account — performance of the contract.
3. Recipients and processors
Your data may be processed by:
- Discord (authentication provider);
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Public data
Rankings, character statistics and imported logs may be publicly viewable within the Service. Never made public: your email address and your Discord ID.
5. Retention period
Account data is kept as long as your account is active. Imported logs are kept indefinitely. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your personal data (not your in-game data).
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption of communications, access control, secrets kept private) to protect your data. As no system is infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Minors
The Service is intended for people over 5 years old. We do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
This policy may change; the applicable version is the one published on this page, dated at the top.
